They were brilliant, always went above and beyond to help me! any slight issues that I raised in regards to the flat they were very quick to react providing professional support! Prestige is the best agency I have ever dealt with in Cardiff. After having horrible experiences with other lettings agencies in Cathays, Prestige was an absolute eye opener.
Any issue with the property would be dealt with promptly and sufficiently by their own dedicated maintenance team, who were polite, highly competent, professional and discreet. The appointments with the maintenance team were always prearranged to a suitable time round our schedules and there was always a reminder on the day too.
The team in the office is superb, friendly, knowledgeable and easily approachable. Always there to help, chat about any concerns and offer advice. Responds to all email promptly.
They go above and beyond expectations and always deliver excellent service. I was always apprehensive recommending a letting agency, but Prestige without a doubt is the best letting agency in Cathays and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were approached through an advertisement that I posted and had not heard of Prestige prior to this. They promptly found us a property and we lived there happily for two years, we were only bothered when necessary and if there were any faults they were organised and sorted immediately around my schedule. Having now left Cardiff we were swiftly checked out and are awaiting our full bond both leaving the transaction very happy. What can I say if not to praise every single person in that company. Since the moment I’ve rented with them, over 3 years ago, there was not a moment I felt I wasn’t been looked after.
In any visit or phone call I was always dealt with professionalism and sympathy. If I had a problem/concern about the property they would sort it out asap and was never kept in the dark about the issues. They were upfront and available to all my queries and called/visit/email me every time they said they would. Every single time!
They maintain the property to a high level and the team that deals with the maintenance comes second to none. We had a baby 2 years ago and at the time we wonder if we could change some things in the property (replace all carpets to a laminated floor as its easier to keep) to my happiness they immediately said yes and within a week the job was all done! Just amazing!
