Rent Smart Wales
On the 12th October only “25,353 out of a possible 100,000 Welsh landlords” (BBC News) were 
registered for the Rent Smart Wales Scheme.
The law now requires all landlords to register and self-managing landlords to obtain a license by the 23 November 2016. If your properties are managed by a registered letting agent (like us) you do not need to obtain a license.
