Dear Tenants,

RE: Christmas opening hours

I am writing to advise that we will be closing the office at 11am on Friday the 20^th of December 2024 for the Christmas Holidays, we will then re-open Monday the 6^th of January 2025 from 9am.

Obviously during this time if you have any emergencies you can contact us on our emergency line, the number for this is 07415944017. I must stress that this is for emergencies only and you may be charged for a call out if it is deemed not to be an emergency.

Please can you all make sure that you have purchased enough tokens to cover you over the Christmas period by Wednesday the 18^th of December. Someone will be at Claude Road at 10.30am on Friday the 20^th of December 2024.

Someone from the team will also visit Claude road on Friday the 27^th of December & Friday the 3^rd of January 2025 to sell tokens. This is very important as there will be no call outs concerning this matter during the Christmas Holidays.

Just to make all our customers and tenants aware that our office will be closing on Thursday the 28th of March at 3pm for the Easter holidays. We will re-open on Tuesday the 2nd of April 2024 at 8am. We at Prestige lettings would like to wish you all a happy Easter break.
