Dear Tenants,

RE: Christmas opening hours

I am writing to advise that we will be closing the office at 11am on Friday the 16^th of December 2022 for the Christmas Holidays, we will then re-open Tuesday the 3rd of January 2023 from 9am.

Obviously during this time if you have any emergencies you can contact us on our emergency line, the number for this is 07415944017. I must stress that this is for emergencies only and you may be charged for a call out if it is deemed not to be an emergency.

Please can you all make sure that you have purchased enough tokens to cover you over the Christmas period by Friday the 16^th ofDecember. Someone will be at Claude Road at 10am  on this date. This is very important there will be no call outs concerning this matter during the Christmas Holidays.

Our business is currently looking to recruit an experienced painter and decorator.

Working hours are 8am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Duties include meeting customers, identifying work requirements, sourcing materials and completing jobs as required.

21 days holiday a year plus statutory bank holidays.

We operate a non-smoking environment.
